Your 5-7-7 format is right-on. The artwork really illustrates the shattered heart. The three lines flow together beautifully. You do an excellent job of showing the heartbreak that comes from a loved one walking away. That seems to be the MO of several males. judi

A very well-written three-line poem about a heart breaking into a million pieces shattered everywhere when we watch someone special walking away from us and leaves us to pick up the pieces.

This 5-7-7, Shattered Pieces, finds the wounded partner in a failed relationship literally coming apart as the realization of the end is clear............

Hi Diana,
Entire presentation shudders and aches from first view of pic
down to the very last word! Rejection or broken love's remains
always leaves such silent yet ever eerie pieces and jilted promises.
So much emotion in disintegrating pieces of cruel abandonment.
Awesome music video song deepens sense of pain. So much
trauma in those few eerie words.
Thanks for sharing dear.
Blessings, love, Ronni

Thank you Joan! It?s one of the only ones where I found the picture and the poem wrote itself after that! Appreciate your supportive words and shiny stars!! xoxo

Lucky you--I usually browse the galleries of FanArt for ten pages before I find an appropriate artwork. Smiles- Joan

I use Pinterest and just google phrases. Try those and see what you find! With google, after you search then hit images in the bar across the top and only images will come up. xoxo

Thanks for the tips. I like to support our sister site and there are many talented artists on it. Smiles- Joan

I have one I got from there that I?m saving for a horror club challenge Event I plan to do towards the summer. I?m trying to keep the monthly themes related to each month. Like this month I created the Bloody Balentine event and March will be along the lines of a demonic type Leprechaun! Haha! I?ll check out the site more often then so I can also support their work!

I'm impressed with how organized you are--I don't know what I'll write about tomorrow! Cheers- Joan

Such a very sad poem. That feeling of having your heart burst when the person you love walks out of your life is an unforgettable experience.

Walking away from a shattered heartbreak is like walking away from a shattered vase. It's the best thing that could happen. God will always patch the pieces back together if the fragile pieces are scattered all over the place.
