Ah yes, the clever twist at the end, but the heart is the one organ that size truly does matter. A fun pun and a bit randy Valentine day ditty. I loved the full extent (Pun Intended) of IT.

I like the title! And the content...oh my...lol. Good stuff. If I could make a small aesthetic suggestion: Might centering the text add to effect. Just a thought. Nice ending by the way.
