Hi Justin. Your poem to your cousin whose dad passed is a kind and thoughtful way to express empathy/sympathy for him. God is there through it all. Grieving, I find, comes and goes and it takes a long time to dissipate. Marilyn

I am so impressed that you would write such a beautiful poem to help someone deal with their sorrow. It is very well-written and I enjoyed reading it.

Wow, such a powerful and truthful poem. I hope your cousin reads this and finds solace in your inspiring words. Death of a loved one is hard to deal with. May your cousin and yourself find peace.

I really enjoyed this poem that is well written with the power to encourage your cousin after losing his dad. I appreciate this expression of faith in God and compassion for your cousin. In the last stanza did you mean to say go forth and "live your life?"
