Okay LisaMay you do it your way. I like you method of messing with words saying something crazy, nice, funny. My eyes filled with bears is my favorite. :)

A very well-written piece with unintended errors that seem to tell a different story some serious and others hilarious. It makes us think to take more care when we type on the keyboard.

The man who worked as pilot by day and chef by night said he never suffered from a fear of frying.

The pesky, hungry squirrel, who questions every decision, needs to learn not to nutpick.

By the way, I was very relieved to hear "that the enemy had retreated "without a shit being fired." Ewww!!!

Lisa,

LOL. You are so funny. I love reading your work. You are so good with wordplay. What do you do or did you as a career? I truly hope this is/was part of your life because you have such talent. I love the bear one.
Still giggling, Beth

I'm giving you a six because this is genius. I won't use all my sixes on these of the same type, but you have to know how they make me actually laugh. I love the bear one!
Hugs,
Tina

You may have started a trend. I've seen some of this type in newspapers or books - but you've discovered some good ones. Or did you make them up? Anyway - I've chuckled through a couple.

LOL. You are so funny. I love reading your phrases with such good wordplay. What was your career? Is this a part of what you did? You have such a talent.

All of these are more than possible -- I have been guilty of this sort of thing myself on several occasions. I particularly liked the 'grizzly' one as, in a way, it was probably true and of course quite Shakespearean -- 'Exit pursued by a bear!' (Author's SD from The Winter's Tale)

This is a fun post Lisa! I liked the bears quote! Oh my goodness that is scary. Also the selection of fears, rather than gears! Very amusing, great stuff here Lisa, love Dolly x
