Well since I don?t have a Valentine of my own, I thought I would do one to honor my sister as she lost her boyfriend two years after they had met. They were engaged to be married, but he was killed in Afghanistan in 2010. Thank you for appreciating, just thought I?d give a shout out to all the ladies with out their soldiers this year. xoxo

This poem is a sad an touching tribute to the members of the military who made the ultimate sacrifice and to the people they left behind who loved them. It is a different but important slant on Valentine's Day.
