Here in a six-panel picture is a lifetime of togetherness for a couple who met in childhood and went the distance to love eternal. The tree symbolizes their time on Earth. Your beautiful ten words, perfectly superimposed, say it all. Lovely. Such is the life most of us dream of, but few actually live. Superb.

You are most welcome, Missy. If I could find the true originator of the image and could confirm permission to use it in the pending Third Edition of my literary art book ( Till Shadows Have Eaten the Moon: Songs of Life and Love -- Second Edition [paperback] available here: http://www.amazon.com/reader/1544644167 ),
I'd offer you non-exclusive publication at ZERO cost to you and NO claim on your Copyright, plus a contributor's discount on the book. I used TinEye.com to find it, but it is so widespread on the Internet that I could not trace it to a reliable original source. Please consider this a compliment, though. (I have done this for several other FanStorians.) -- Mike

You?re praise is humbling my sweet friend. I could not ask for more.

More is on the way anyway, though that was my last Six for this week.

What a cool love story told in pictures and tied together by your wonderfully profound words. Laying all of the pictures side by side like that allows for one to see the common thread that ties everything together - love.

I am not really sure how to approach this as a poem. Its title is one word longer than its content. The points us back at the picture, which says it all, a progression through life from childhood to the grave.
I feel like giving it five just for the idea.
Yes that is what I will do,

Such an emotive few words. The ekphrastic affect is most dramatic, from being childhood playmates to being lifetime lovers is so touching, and two graves side by side, reveals eternal lovers, well done, beautifully written, blessings, Roy

This is great.
Between the picture and your poem it says exactly how a the circle of life is. I applaud your use of words and their arrangements. Good Job.
Thanks to sharing.

This is so precious! A lifetime of love together. What a perfect poem it would be for Valentine's Day or an anniversary, or really anytime with the one you love, especially if it was the kind of love spanning a lifetime, depicted here. I don't know if it was only one of the photos that inspired you, or if they were all together that way, but I love the way they're set up -- even the way the tree changes.
