And the verse "He was tempted in the same way we are " - (paraphrased) But provides a way of escape from that temptation. Thank God there is Jesus who forgives and the Holy Spirit to guide us, give us direction. I depend on that.

HI Fonda, I like this 3-line poem. It speaks to the way life truly is. There's a lot out there to make the difficult things in life just, 'go away' if you don't want to deal with them.
I do have one suggestion for you; you may not want to capitalize The Way as it doesn't really make sense to do. He does show us the way, He always has, we just have to follow the path. :)

Prayer is the answer to many things that we cannot control. Your poem has brought many good thoughts this morning. I love your poem. 'No temptation has overtaken you except what is common to mankind. And God is faithful; he will not let you be tempted beyond what you can bear. But when you are tempted, he will also provide a way out so that you can endure it.'

Hi temptation is all over the place. They have always been there. But we human have allowed ourselves to be tempted and therefore got drowned. Jesus warned us, how many listen. This is the wonder.
