This is so precious! Just like a little boy. He wants to please his mommy so much, it's worth enough to turn sugar into salt. The picture bears a believable resemblance to a bunch of misshapen, colorfully glazed Valentine's cookies!

Such a quite Valentine poem and is more wonderful when the loves come from your child. This part made me laugh: "I take a cautious nibble
and hope my grief won't show.
