A great sensory image: "Dewey studied the wiring on the so-called booby-trapped door."
Slipping in a strong sample of alliteration serves the reader cause to pause: " The shady characters they pursued filled the seedy side of life." The s's give a nice hissing effect. We'll be back.

Another very descriptive chapter. Just sorry we don't have any more SIXES till Sunday. mate. I presume Punchinello is somewhere around listening to all this discussion?

That doesn't sound good a mission of self-destruction, taking down anyone who gets in his way. I do hope they find the guy soon. I'm glad that she's alright. Well, besides the large bump. Your chapter is well-written, interesting. Your plot is believable and your character's really come to life.

I think I missed your previous chapter with a killing.
But this is basically a gathering.
A talk on many events.
Thanks and I'll hit you back up!

Here's to more blood and Gore!

Astatula Assassin this is one hell of a "hero", serial killer and cannibal in the same time. Killing for fun is this a full time job? These are all questions that are going through my mind. Who is this guy?

Wow a whole lotta heads and fire power to help out with this 'manhunt'... glad to see that they've figured out the 'crazy' part... you really know how to set them up, Brett! ;) Oh, and the doorbell was a fun detail! ;) Thanx for sharing! ;) Yvette

I thought a barking doorbell would add to the story. In reality, they do exist. Appreciate the review.
