It will be nice, but everything in this world is related and made to keep the balance of life. Otherwise, the poem is well balanced and presents an utopian world. Thank you for sharing and good luck with the writings.

Thank you, for your very nice review and stars.

Your poem Wouldn't it be Nice was well written and great pondering questions. I liked the line if all sadness was replaced. And the line If people really cared about the welfare of others both lines were great use of paradox as compassion and sadness go hand in hand. I have no critiques to make.
Well done, it was a nice tribute.

It's so sad that we have to imagine a world like this as a complete fantasy, not imaginable or achievable. I love the entire concept and appreciate that you put this vision into words. I really enjoyed reading everything you had to say about this perfect world for which we aspire!

I relished your reflections about the good life especially on the heels of Martin Luther King Day. I admired your questions. Yes, love could save the world! Smiles- Joan

Hello Willie, Yes, it would be nice as you say. Although I have heard it said that without some sadness how would we know happiness. But I like what you write. Unfortunately your ideal utopia is never likely to happen - but we can dream. A good poem - thank you for posting. Warm regards Dorothy x

Your well written verse personifies the meaning of reaching out to others and sharing peace and well being as we walk together. Your examples that you included about what that means were very well chosen. A great write.

This is great!! It would be wonderful if we could all play nice in the sandbox together! Maybe we could even share out toys! Children seem to play together well. Why can't we?
Such a pretty poem, Willie!!

This is a well written poem about the dream of a perfect world. This is an impossible goal, but we can at least make it better. If only other people would stop their greed and hate. I enjoyed your flow and rhyming pattern. Great job and thank you for sharing.

Hello Willie. It would be so much better, if many of the things you listed in your poem, would occur. Since man is fallen from grace, he is not so interested in seeing these things happen. Men are interested in pursuing their own wants and goals. Everything else is extraneous.

I really do like this poem. Wouldn't it be nice?
I think, in my humble opinion, that if the second last line just read, If we could forgive, it would suffice. It would read better and actually have the same effect because you are speaking to 'we'.
