You have an interesting theme here with the importance of past history. I think it provides a foundation for so many other things in the future. Even a poor or shameful past is a learning experience if one wants to move forward.

Wow. That's really powerful. I was just writing about war history (which I don't like!) and yet, it resonates with me because there are some countries which deny their past and it does ruin it for the future generations. Well done and best wishes in the contest!

This is very deep and I like it a lot. It offers a lot for the reader to contemplate from just three little lines. The picture is intriguing, as well. This is definitely a wonderful entry in the contest and I wish you the best!
