The chosen picture the beautiful multi dimensional motion picture to go with the poem is really nice and fits well. However, the seven syllable line is eight syllables. giovanni

    Actually if you mean because of fireplace, it is two syllables.

    How many syllables in fireplace? 2 syllables

This is a lovely5-7-5 poem. The wording is loving and romantic. The flickering fireplace complements your writing beautifully. I think this is a good contest entry. Good luck!

Hello anon. what a lovely rhyming poem. A 5/7/5 written true to form and the words are of the loving kind. LOL! Good use of alliteration with the letter P.     Thank you! Appreciate you enjoyed. It is very easy to put an animation instead of still photo. You search images with .gif or .jpg extension. Then you save to computer in your picture file and upload on site just like a still image. But it can?t be too large of a file. You can go to google or bing and search just gif or jpg and tons of animated things will come up. I can?t do it from my phone, so I have to wait until I?m at work on my computer to save them. Hope this helps! xoxo

It's 10 degrees here today and this poem is really inviting and comforting! Love by a fireplace. Who could ask for anything more? Except maybe some wine... soft music...

    Oh yeah, I forgot the wine part, lol, that how she got seduced! Haha!!! But nothing like a fireplace in winter. It?s like 15 here with 4 in of snow that fell last night. Normally we have several snowfalls before now. Ready to take the great grandson out this afternoon and build a snowman! He?s 4 and so been waiting for enough to come down! LoL! Appreciate you enjoyed the poem!
