There is nothing to me like fresh flowers on my kitchen table. I love tulips in the spring, daisies in the summer, mixtures of flowers and red berries in the winter, and sometimes just bunches of pretty wild flowers. Your words are gorgeous and so is the image you chose to complement them. Good Luck in the contest.

The words here are very well-chosen. The beauty bursts upon us in a welter of alliteration on the plosive 'B' sound that is appropriate to the vivid reds of the blooms you have chosen to write about. The poem is compliant with the requirements of the 5-7-5 form.
