Yikes. Okay, since my eyes are green (LOL!!!)... No comment.
This is a sizzling little poem, if you ask me, but maybe that's just the way I am interpreting it.
Well done! Best of luck.

Thank you, as a 2% ( population with green eyes) then you know your eyes are gems
-
Wow, 2%? I did not know that! Thanks. :)

A nice poem about her green eyes that he can see himself in. The picture with your poem is really pretty. So bright and wide eyes. The picture totally enhances your poem.
Keep right on writing!!!

Excellent 5-7-5 Poem, and I think a very good entry for the contest. That green eye is mesmerizing. That was an intense thought to manage with the very limited syllable count of this type of poem. Good luck in the contest!

This is a good effective use of a 5-7-5 format. It show love and lust in a few syllables. That is one pretty eye that is used as illustration.
Good luck in the contest.

It is said that the eyes are the mirror into the soul. I once tried an experiment where whenever I spoke with a female acquaintance, I would look into her eyes. Whether she was speaking or I was speaking, I would look into her eyes. I finally had to remind her that I was happily married and was not looking to have an affair with her. I have learned the importance of looking into a woman's eyes when you speak with her. I also made sure that I did not ever try to give her unsolicited advice. This woman literally fell in love with me, I feel because of the level of respect I showed her at all times. It was a revelation.

Nomi, I know the direct eye contact to be true! I have gazed into my green eyed bride's for thirty six years .
-
In this case it worked too well, with unintended results.

A very well written 5-7-5 poem. It's all in the eyes isn't it? Eyes say more than words sometimes. Wonderful use of words. The eyes are the mirror of the soul. Fia

A lovely 5-7-5 poem. Her green eyes are a good subject for what you love.
The syllable count is perfect. The artwork is perfect. Good luck in the
contest.

This is a superb entry in this 5/7/5 poetic contest. Oh yes indeed there is something about the eyes that fascinates, scripture tells me it's the mirror of the soul, but they still engender mystery. Well done, good luck, blessings Roy

I thought this poem might be about jealousy, but it is about love! Its a refreshing poem in a world of 5-7-5's. Some poems send an image, but yours sets a mood.
Well done!

Green eyes are beautiful, but faithfulness is more desirable. Ha, ha. I believe this is a good entry in the contest. Few words are difficult to write and difficult to review for me. Best Wishes in the contest.
