That's such an interesting view of the topic. I think I share your opinion. All in all, I think that this is a great poem and I really enjoyed reading it. Also, I like the image you chose for this one.

This is a unique way to present the idea that memories make us who we are. With only a few words, you make the reader think of their own memories and how they shaped them. I love the extreme colors, as they reinforce the very sunny and happy, or very dark extremes memories can be.
Simple yet profound, I love this!

Hello Anon
Very good. Firstly, it 's the right format etc, but secondly, and importantly, it is an interesting take on an interesting subject.
Of course, biologically, our cells die every X years (I think it is 7). so, wherever memory is stored, the remembered material has to be transferred from one (dying) cell to another (fresh) cell at some point. It is quite likely that this transfer is fraught with error and the root cause of mis-remembering (of which I am often guilty).
And yes - all that we touch and all that we see is all that our lives will ever be (as they say).
Again, and interesting and thoughtful piece.
I wish you well in your competition.
cheers

Yes, it gets more difficult every year to remember as cell die off. But really important happenings seem to pop-up when trigger by a thought or sensation. Thanks for the read and the interesting comments.
