Your poem Ocean of Emotion was a nice simple poem. It seemed to fit the 5-7-5 syllable structure. The only thing I would suggest is adding a more figurative and symbolic picture than literal.

You have made excellent use of all of your syllables in this lovely piece. "Boat," "Ocean," and "lifeline" are all used effectively used as a metaphors.
