A suspenseful tale well told and felt. I especially liked the critical interlude,
"The neurologist, whose bedside manner sucked..." This is a good sampling of suspense, hope, and love. It's great to hear when families are so close and support each other so well. Well done.

Thank you so much, Carl. I appreciate you taking the time to read and review and for the shiny five stars. It means a lot...and yes, family at a time like this is such a blessing.

I'm sorry you have to go through this, but at least you have faith to help. I suggest you capitalise Mom and Daddy. This is well-told, and touching. I empathise, having gone through various stages in losing parents and in-laws. I'm probably a lot older than you, though.

Thank you for that suggestion. I wasn't sure and had done back and forth. I will do that.
Thanks also for taking time to read and review my chapter. Blessings.

    It goes like this:
My mum, her mum, Jane's mum...
    But, Mum did this...

Her dad said, Her daddy said
    But, Daddy said ...

You are off to a very good start! Writing a book is definitely not an easy task! The first chapter has kept my attention, which is very important. The subject of your book is much appreciated and will help others in their own grieving process. Thank you for allowing me the opportunity of insight into your life at such a vulnerable time.
Bless you for your courage to write this book.

Hello, friend,

I am horrified to see you've been going through this - and sharing it - and I haven't been around to see it. I'm so sorry.

I was sick the first week of the year and then caught up with wedding duties for my youngest.

Of course, losing Phyllis has rocked me hard.

But I'll try hard to do better.

This was exceptional writing-- the best ever I've seen from you. Wow.

Thank you.

FIrst, no worries. Life gets in the way and we just have to roll with it. Congratulations on your youngest getting married. I know the loss of your friend is so hard.

I truly appreciate you and your friendship. Thank you for taking time to read and review. I know with all that is going on, sometimes that in itself is hard...specailly since what I"m writing about is a little close to home.
Sayin that this is the best you've seen from me is the biggest compliment of my life! I never thought grief would get me writing again, but God works in funny ways. I'm just grateful for an outlet for my pain, I am surprised this was it, but I'm rolling with it.
I'll see you when I see you. Love you always. Praying for you, Mark and Katy. Hugs

You have done a really good job writing this and telling us about it. You are going through a lot right now. I am so sorry this is happening to you and your family. You are right to trust in God. He is our help in the time of trouble. Thank you for sharing! May God bless you all! Teri

My grandmother wrote a beautiful gospel song titled, "The Darkest Hour is Just Before the Dawn". That reminds me of that song. Have a great night!
