Very interesting and different type of poem. You read about people being killed in action in some foreign country, but you never hear the details of the person's life. I often wonder if the freedom of another country is worth it.

You have a point. It would be nice to know more about the fallen soldier's lives. I don't think it is at some times and sometimes I do. Its an attempt to keep us safe and evil from spreading. Tough call. This heart took awhile but I thought it was worth it. Thanks for the review and comments:)

Gloria, I really respect your opinion, so thank you. I got a 2 pointer today so I kinda freaked out and wondered...maybe I'm horrible at poetry and don't know it. Then I read the reviews and the friends who wrote them. They would tell me if I stunk that bad, lol!

This is a nice ode to the soldiers show the heart they put into what they do. I also reminds us how grateful we should be for their sacrifice.
