I'm sorry to hear of your loss dear Iza, to spend Christmas feeling bereft doesn't seem right, talk to me in future, I am always willing to pray, although I'm a long way from you I'm miles, our spirits are close to each other through Jesus our Lord. A belated merry Christmas and a happy new year Iza, blessings, Roy
Typo : Let (there) be no orphan kids.

Mr. Roy thank you so much for your straight from the heart review and for the correction:) Yes I need all the prayers in the world... losing my dad and my baby cat left two big holes in my soul which I am trying desperately to fill, but I am weak and sometimes I wish that I will be the one to go and let them live some more, because they where very special children of God.
Merry Christmas with delay and a happy New Year

#Thank you for this magical reflection on Christmas and for keeping away from excess sentimentality. I like your thought on forgiveness and the small furry joys at the end

I am so sorry for your losses and this is a beautiful story. I just wanna tell you three things I noticed. There's a huge gap between the beginning of the first line and then the continuation of it. It's probably because you put the picture in. Just in case you don't know, I'll tell you the trick is when your formatting a picture, Go to format picture then layout, And you can basically pick any layout but It will let you put the picture anyway you want it. Otherwise, the picture will keep "interrupting" your story. I used to really struggle with that until someone showed me how to do it.The second thing is the end of the first paragraph, you do not need the word (it) after recompense. In the fourth paragraph, you say let be no more orphans. I think you mean let there be no more orphans. In the last paragraph, you say the babies were in despaired need. I think you meant to say desperate need.

Sorry for all the suggestions, but when someone's entering a contest, I never want them to get disqualified for something that's easily fixed. It's a great story. Good luck!

I am sorry for your great losses and happy for the wonderful spirit of giving you have to bestow on others Iza. This is a beautiful autobiography and entry for the contest.

On issue here for regarding your formatting. There is a large gap at the top of your text which separated the first few words from the rest of the test. Join that in edit mode for a smoother look and presentation. You may have to play around with it for a bit. I know I do to get the look I desire.
Sending you my best today as always, and best wishes for the contest,
Sally xo

This is beautiful. So sad and yet so brave and inspiring. Many years ago I too lost someone dear to me 4 days before Christmas and it was so hard to be brave and carry on. You have decided to take care of two tiny kittens and make sure they have a good start in life. How brave and selfless of you.
Those two little lives will be a light to your feet and a path back to peace and contentment. Thank you for sharing and may those dear ones who have gone to their reward commend you to the angels for your generous act. Well done cheers Cass

A lovely Christmas post, Iza!! I love how you remind us of the poor conditions Jesus was born into.
"sent mages to"(magis?)
"despaired need"(desperate?)
I'm so sorry to hear of your great loss. May you be blessed in raising the two furry kids.
Merry Christmas to you and may the New Year be full of joy for you!
