It's a good way to wrap up the year with an update on Ned and Pons, And the neat note that Ned may be far smarter than many realize. That's what makes him such a favorite character of mine--the fact that he's fully human, and the reminder that each of us has a special talent.

It's interesting to read. Are you saying that Ned actually did understand what the German doctor lady was saying? I think that's it, and that's why he considers his friend, Pons such a good friend.
I don't usually review scripts because they're a little difficult to understand, but obviously with dialogue, there are no errors.
All the best,
Jan

The tough thing about scripts is that the actors have to emote. The audience can?t read minds, so the actors need direction to say the right thing to the right person in the right way.

Funny dialogue exchanges. It seems Pons has a belief that Ned needs everything translated and simplified from real German, then Ned surprises him with something 100% German and coherent., at the end there. Even the jokes seemed to be coming through. Fun share.

Interesting and funny story. The characters are rich and well described. It is written well grammatically, and very interesting when they meet the woman who does not have an open heart and an open mind. I wish this were a real story so I coils see where it's going. Good one!

Hello Bill
These are funny. You've a great ear for dialogue and word play ("attire"). Very much a homage to the great two-handed stand-up teams of the past. The accents, delivery and images just create themselves from your script - very cleverly done.
I wish you well with your writing.
cheers

This is a good Ned and Pons story, funny and well told within the dialogue.
It would be funny to see Ned in a zoot suit at a New Years Eve party.
Well done.

I wonder what happened? Your script is well-written, interesting, believable. I kind of felt sorry for Ned being left in the dark like that. He's probably better off, sounds like the doctor is a bit cold.

She fits many of the Germans I?ve met as far as saying what she thinks without regards fo4 sensibilities.

Hello Bill. I usually find it entertaining when Ned and Pons get together. I like the dialogue you used implementing some German. I was in Germany for three years with the military so my conversational German was quite good but I never bothered learning to read and write it. I haven't heard the words Zoot suit for about 50 years but I have seen some far more recently than that. I love the name Uncle Seizure. The pun about "attire" cracked me up. Keep writing these things and I'll keep reading them. Robert

This would be a dandy skit on the old Laugh-In series.

So, has anyone commented on your attire?

Ned: A feller said my right rear one looked like it was a settin' a bit low, but since I walked here...

Great use of puns. A fun read- aloud piece.
