Your poem is a definite reminder that Christmas is around the corner, JLR. I enjoyed reading it. Your words read well in this format. I like how they are 'sandwiched' between the same word (Christmas) at the beginning and end. I know it is part of the style, but this seems special. Thanks for sharing. Respectfully, Jan

Good contest entry, good job of following the contest constraints. Nice expression of the season. The format doesn't require rhyming, but I enjoyed the two lines you did rhyme, which made me wish you had been able to rhyme more. Good luck.

This is a delightful Christmastide rictameter poem. You use the tropes of the seasonal festivities to conjure up some great imagery: sliver bells, mistletoe, tree's aglow {thumbs up}.
