What an interesting way to illustrate how we are all connected. I never thought about that with the rain cycling water back into the stream. I only visualized all the streams and rivers pouring into a "dead end" ocean. But Mother Nature recycles it back.

To an ant a raindrop is a pond, a pond a lake, a lake a seas and the sea an ocean... be it brook, stream or river water flows to give life to all, but see the world through a trout's eyes... you just have to pout! Great ditty that puts nature into perspective and gives an insight to life aquatic!

So you are saying that the ocean's water comes in the form of rain so that the trout experiences the ocean? I guess that works. You cover the entire water cycle and focus on the effect on the trout. Are you a fisherman?

Yes, I fly fish (catch and release) and it is so trouble some what we are doing with the oceans and water ways.

Yvette, thank you, as an avid fly fisherman ( catch and release) I struggle the damage we, worldwide, are doing to the oceans and streams. As I recall you come from a family of fishers...
