I loved it. It made me very hungry. Well told and beautiful poem about pies. The image and presentation with different colours of font worked great with this piece. A challenging rhyme scheme that you met well. Thank you for sharing. Blessings. ~Brenda

I should think you would share. In fact, you should be desperate to share or you'll make yourself ill eating all those goodies! Thanks for a fun read.

Your humorously yummy, solid rhyme has inspired my craving for something sweet. I'm in luck, for I have an apple pie in the fridge.
Thanks for sharing this worthy club entry.

I really do like this form. Simple and well rhymed about my favorite topic of pie. Thanks for your description of two very interesting ones in author's note that I must make it a point to try one of these days. Great job. Marilyn

Hi Yvette. I read you author's note on both those exotic pie names. I guess the only place to get it is down south. I lived in Tennessee for nearly 10 years. i don't recall having either of these. I DO love all kinds of pie, though. Ummmm! The gooey-er the better.

Good for you to try Robert's Trido. I was sketching a few but found the three syllables so limiting. Great job on yours and I like the anticipation that comes through these colorful stanzas!

I love the bombardment of rhyme Yvette, it gives real impetus to the narrative, tongue in cheek, or rather tongue in the pie, a slurpy and very clever rhyming narrative, I must admit I don't know what a three syllable line's called...mono and a half perhaps, well done, good response, blessings Roy

Well, if you come up with a name for it, pass it along to Robert -- I was just a dancer to his choreography here! ;) :) Thanx so much for your review, sir, and Happy Holiday Preparations to y'all down/over there! ;) Yvette
