Hello Jay. You have provided us with a lovely insight into the path that your grandson is taking and will be taking as he moves forward. I love your sentiments and the insight that only a grandfather can have. Well written.

Time passes so quickly and I hope your grandson will be happy with the path he has chosen. There are joys and pains all mixed together in life, and as grandparents, we certainly hope for more joy in the journey.
Sending you my best today as always,
Sally :)

This is such a bittersweet poem. It brought tears to my eyes. My children have, in the last couple of years gotten married and are making lives of their own. These are well-spoken thoughts.

Nicely written poem for your grandson as he embarks on
his "adult life" They all seem to find there way eventually
Your well rhymed stanzas coney the love and care you have for him.
I hope he does well.

Beautifully described and true throughout its three irregular stanzaic structure while its content well and honestly describes the essence of true future life and the direction of the right way taken. Good job!

To a special grandson illustrates the point of view of the observer to watch the path of someone you love having lived through those beginning stages of your life. Watching in fear and gratitude hoping that your grandson has a fulfilling life as you once did. The poem is articulate and beautiful I can't think of anything to improve upon.

I can totally relate to this:) My oldest grandson has lived through family challenges and is in the college application process. I recently wrote to him saying I was grateful for his strength as he created his new life:)
Thank you for your words, and blessings on all our boys!

This sounds like a poem about a graduation from high school and what comes after it. I like the last stanza and it allusion to Robert Frost.
