I enjoyed reading your poem. It flows well like the eagle in your artwork picture choice, which helps to enhance your message of self-worth. I like that you picked the eagle. It is one of the animals closest to God and self-worth is very important if we are going to have dominion of earth. Best wishes!

I have always struggled with self-worth. Having problems with depression had some to do with it. I am amazed at how many writers smuggle with depression. Good self esteem is a wonderful thing. I do often envy it in others. You would need it to rule the world, for sure. Well done. Hope you do well in the contest. Rox
