Great job with your free verse from the point of view of the upright bass! I enjoyed listening to one recently. I wasn't sure what the B0 was as I didn't know if it went lower than the piano. But I liked your "sweet high note of heavenly tone" to describe the highest note.

The Bass instrument is of a certain value; one notices its absence within a group, instantly. It provides what I would call, the underbelly of a concerted rhythm. It is no surprise that some favor its sound. The presentation with its info and picture is very pleasing.

I like how you've penned this from the point of view of the Double Bass. He definitely doesn't sound shy or an instrument that lacks confidence. I think that he's right at home out front at center stage. This is very good JLR and very creative. Thanks for sharing this well written work. Well done!
