I'm impressed with how much you can say in eight syllables or seven words. It's a really beautiful picture you chose to go with your words, especially since the hearts look like they are falling on love. I hope the judges love your poem!

This is a good 242 poem. You have successfully used the correct syllable count. Very well written and your message is sweet. Great job and thank you for sharing.

You have made effective use of your few syllables (all the prompt allows) to convey a powerful message about falling in love. Resistance to love--for whatever reason--can be very strong.

Good job with this creative form of writing with the message of taking the bold chance of falling in love. Hopefully it's genuine on both sides, because it is a long way down to the bottom.

Your poetry is well written, but also reminds me of two step puzzles that you might solve on "The Wheel of Fortune" game on tv. Which is sort of interesting when you think of it. :) I love the artwork that goes with it.

Thank you for finding the perfect picture to parallel your advice in this 2-4-2 poem. I liked the wordplay with "two steps" as well. Best wishes in the competition- Joan

I think this is a good entry for the 2-4-2 Poetry contest.
Your short verse tells of falling in love in 2 steps.
Well done and good luck to you with the contest.
Sharon

Short, sweet, and to the point. I find the short poems the most difficult to write, whether it's lines, words, or syllables. You have done a great job, and your picture provides a lovely background.
