Ah, you must have been inspired by the fuller moon tonight. Love they way you artfully colored and formed the nonet. I take it as a call to creative thoughts through dreams.

LOL - you have NO idea, Helen!! :) Thanx much for your review on this one... trying to dig out of this GIANT FanStory hole I'm in (see below)... this deadline came up and my mind was jumbled but I wanted to enter and voila!! You take care this week and you'll probably see my name in your review box soon -- take care! ;) Yvette
My apologies for running behind this week -- one of our science teachers had to take a leave of absence to care for her mom and I crazily volunteered to review/mark-up the physics & chemistry science project papers for her and meet with students as necessary....what was I thinking??! lol! I am now fully reminded why I ONLY teach mathematics -- I hardly have to think with pure numbers!! :) :)

Oh, crap. I thought I had a chance to win the Nonet contest. {Biggest sigh ever!} Well, at least if I lose, it will be to my Nonet co-nut. Sublime.

Put that muse to bed, will ya? ;)
Sending you my best today as always,
Sally xo

LOL!! You are too funny, Lady Sal -- you do realize this one won't place at all cuz it's too 'weird'... right? :) :) I mean, no matter how I like to play with my colors, it's still just plain 'nerdy weirdness'!! ;) :) LOL! The deadline was here and I had no time to really 'sit down and get thoughtful' (you saw my note about the science fair papers!)... But thanx so much for the compliment -- I'm pretty sure we'll see yours before mine on the marquis!! ;) Take care my beautiful friend and have a great week ahead! ;) Yvettte

This poem reflected a game like quality. However it's more about reality rather than just a game. You are giving me directions to follow you. There is also a method of teaching here. If you try to solve this puzzle you will be rewarded with Moonbeams how beautiful. Thank you for sharing

So glad you enjoyed this one, G-B, and detected the hint of the teacher in there -- thanx much for your review as it certainly brings a smile to the tiredness I'm trying to shake this morning!! ;) :) Take care out there! ;) Yvette

"digital sync?" What a masterfully penned pun/image! The poet's descent into the fantastical underworld -- subconscious/realm of her imagination -- is described in cyber-jargon/computerese as an Alice-in-Wonderland-esque plunge into the maze of motherboards and circuitry. Where Alice passes through a mirror, or falls into a rabbit-hole, Ms. Roger keys herself into her version/vision of ... Cyberia, shall we call it? And she invites her readers to follow her to find, at the end of our quest ... Moonbeams! Hey, I would go with her ...

Thank you, THANK YOU for such a wonderfully detailed review, AvL, as it certainly brings a smile to the tiredness I'm trying to shake this morning!! ;) :) And I am TOTALLY honored to be compared to Lewis Carroll's pen...Monsieur Dodgson's mathematical pen was AWESOME!! ;) :) So glad there's a few out there who could appreciate my particular form of 'blondeness' on this one -- Take care! ;) Yvette

    To Yvette:

I feel that, as a teacher of mathematics/science, you should understand/ appreciate this haikuesque:

    Witch of Agnesi:
    mathematic crossbow and
    bolt on hex-axis.

[Clever commentary on the above:] This poem is a weaponized mathematical configuration in which not one word is "mis-spelled."

    Be well, YMR.

Wow, this is so pretty to look at -- both the picture and the way you have formatted the verse. Thanks for the notes. The verse is one I could think about for a while and probablely never quite figure out, but it is sure fun to read, especially aloud.

My goodness, it sounds like you have a lot on your plate. I loved my chemistry class, but math was fun too. Good luck.

Awesome. My background in science and heath care makes me a fan of all things techical. Numbers and patterns I find everywhere. Loved:
Uplink of cognition to try to find that key- The key that will unlock the magic.
Loved the imagery. Uplink was my favorite word - because of iCloud. The idea of so much of everything stored somewhere up there.
If we could only put our brains into the maze and let figure out what Is out there. The knowledge would be thrilling causing our intelligence to come back at us as moonbeams.

Further liked the thought of how technology can still bring beautiful things to the mind and heart

Lovely poem, lovely picture. The two go very well together. I very much like the shift from the digital world back to a simpler, more intuitive and imaginative time.

Wonderful poem! I love the way you formatted the colors and the picture goes very well. Nonet poems are not very easy to make but I really liked yours. It rhymed well and it kept its whimsical theme throughout. Very creative job!
