*...sigh...* This lovely verse is exactly what I needed at the moment. The world around us, as beautiful a creation as it is, can also be intrusive, stressful, and your acrostic poem is so serene, I really am finding myself winding down (and re-focusing). Just beautiful! Thank you for sharing, and here's wishing you the best of luck in the contest.

I understand and agree with you. He is always there for those that believe. His flame will cleanse the hardest of soils. He is love. He is the way and the light. Those that believe in Him will never die. This is a heavenly entry for the Acrostic Contest. Thank you for sharing your love, Sally. :)

-Very nice image
and presentation, Sally.
-A good topic and
formatting for your acrostic.
-The imagery and
expression of love
for Him is done very well:
"A vessel for His glory--
Kindred spirits, we two."
-Well done; good luck in the contest.

Thank you, dear Pam. I always look for your Zinnia and the kind review attached to it. I am a converted Christian, and came to Christ at sixteen. This young girl looks identical to me at the time of my conversion. I had one of my own photos picked out, but it was too aged and yellowed around the edges. This was a good pick, I thought, as I adore *****flowers. *****

What a wonderful acrostic of faith. It is such a blessing to know that we will never be forsaken by Him. Praise God for His faithfulness toward us as His kids.

Yes, it is wonderful to know that even in sickness, blindness, financial troubles, blight, persecution, and problems of every kind, He is there, always. He is the one that is the closest relative, the one we call. He is ever faithful to us, Patricia. I'm so glad we share this deep and rich faith in Christ.

Thank you for stopping to see me today and for the wonderful review and stars. :)

Just today I had to go get my eyebrows tattooed on as it was getting too difficult for me to draw them in.

Never forsaken, will never forsake, and since the first day of reposing trust in God, still now there is no deviation, His spirit, grace, and help continue; well said, well done.

A very strong spiritual outpouring of faith Sally and you have offered it up in the creative form of the acrostic poem. It is a form I enjoy writing myself, it can be tricky to get to flow smoothly but you have nailed it here friend. Very nice, good luck!

Well said. We can never go astray if we walk in His path and follow his teachings. It seems that life on Earth is like school, and a lot of us are flunking out. Maybe reincarnation really means repeating a grade. But can we ever learn to love and not to hate? I have my doubts.

Jesus is God's gift of the most deep love there is. The love that makes every effort to close the gap even to the point of giving His body and blood to buy back mankind. The Bible says if we hate one another, we don't know God or His love. I never knew how to love until I met Jesus and became a Christian. This is how I have learned to love and not to hate.

I was only talking with a friend the other day with a friend about the preciousness of this very subject, that God has a vested interest in us. His love is beyond any measure we can compare it to. This is a wonderful declaration dear Sally, it is more than anything we can imagine. Such a marvellous thing. And so articulate, well dine, blessings Roy
