A very well-written 5-7-5 humorous poem it is always hilarious watching an animal chasing their own shadow or tail. They seem to seriously don't know it is their own.

Poor pup. Like his tail, that shadow will not leave him alone. He can't go anywhere without it. Like you say, it is like it is tied to him.
This is a cute entry. I wouldn't change a word except "dog" is misspelled in the descriptive line.

That was nice visual imagery in a short poem. Dogs and barrette fish have the same little fighting soul. Well thought out. Clearly written. Nicely done. Good work :)
