Great job here, Lisa. So interesting. Author's note is informative. Regarding your flash story, I enjoyed it very much. Amusing and clever. Each one I read is unique and gives me a giggle. Marilyn

A very well-written dating story in your series of odd boyfriends that is worth dumping early in the relationship because they are not the ideal mate to take things much further.

Camel-ron Diaz! no wonder you couldn't stop the charge of the camel smoking dude. Your boyfriends shorties are cool but your are great in other departments. I hope you're almost finished. Thank you for sharing.

This short piece, Camelra! Lights! Action!, sure puts the drama-derry back into the love scene. Maybe everyone should get lunch and try the sand-which-is there.

This is really great, LisaMay. I almost missed the last pun, "cud not stop him." Hump day was a given. But "arable land" was inspired. It fit perfectly.

As usual author notes were fascinating and informative.

Maybe you'll get back together at Christmas time and he'll make you see stars.

Blessings Julia

I won't be heading to Bethlehem at Christmas time with a camel... I'll probably be going out with a reindeer by then.

Well, at least he didn't spit in your eye - i hear they can spit a long way and that would be rather unpleasant. Cute poem - some good crossover words, I don't know who "camel-ron diaz" is.

I think I only have three animal puppets after downsizing big-time a year or two ago, and one of them is a camel! The other two I can think of are a skunk and horned toad. It sounds like this boyfriend was after a hairy harem. It looks like someone else made some funny puns in their review. Did he drive a caravan? Camel-ron Diaz has kind of straw-colored hair--maybe that was the attraction. So funny!

Uhmm ... this one goes beyond the limits of pundom. I think you are beginning to run out of steam, my friend, :) OR the animal choice just didn't offer quite enough fodder to chew on. Well done and thank you very much for sharing it.

I'm in the home straight, so yes, it's time for the caravan to be parked - finishing at story 50, and then an extended story of how it all turned out, romance wise. I'm hoping readers will find my encounter with the last animal to be worth the endurance test.

Shall I uncork the champagne now or after its birth?

Let's drink champagne, before, during and after. I like bubbles!
