Who would be stupid enough to go after Jessica again? And in a hospital. How are they expecting to get away with it? Things may be more complicated than I thought. Someone else has to be involved.

"Release Barry and Jeremy, and find out what the fight between our two suspects was about."

So the cops don't know that Barry is Jeremy's father. I guess they're hoping the two will fight again and they can listen.

Thank you so much for your review. I think the way I've written it has you a bit confused. I can understand why. So, I've changed it to Release Barry and Jeremy and then find out what the fight between Jeff and Tony was about. I hope that makes my intent clearer. If it doesn't or you have another suggestion please let me know.
Thank you again for reading my chapter and for pointing out my mistake. Your help, support, and friendship are always greatly appreciated. Take care.
Ps. That darn Paul snuck into the chapter again. I'm beginning to think I have a fictional stalker.

Oh, yes, that makes a difference. Glad you added it. As for Paul, he may be dead, but he's clearly haunting you! :)

Paul's like Michael Myers, and Jason all rolled up into one. Hmm.

Hey Misty, This sentenced stopped me and I had to put it in here to get you to correct it. ----->"Paul's body trembles as tears form in his eyes. "Who... Who told you that?"
I think you mean Jeff's body trembles.....since Paul is dead right?

Here is another one:"Tony explained it all. How Paul treats you two like lackeys; forcing you two to do his grunt work while he(he's) out having a good time. "

Joe and Jerry step out of Paul's room aggravated that they are no closer to finding out what'd happened than they were an hour ago. (This is confusing, they were in Paul's room?? huh?
I thought Paul was dead.

Can't help but wonder who tried to grab Jessica? That was strange.
until later...lol katy

Thank you for your kind review and for catching my mistakes. That darned Paul, I wish he'd die already instead of playing havoc in my mind, lol. I'm beginning to think he's like Jason or Michael Myers (Halloween, Friday the thirteenth) he keeps coming back no matter what I do. Seriously though The first should have been Jeff and the second time Tony. I do hope that makes more sense. You'll find out more about Jessica's abduction in the next chapter. I'm planning on it being the last one and I'm hoping to make it the best yet, very emotional.
Thank you again for all your help, support, and friendship. It always means so much to me. Hope all is well. Take care.

OH ok...lol I thought I remember Paul dying. He keeps coming back to haunt us! hehe Why is it going to be the last chapter? Will you be through with the book?

Yes. I plan to make it the last chapter. A lot of it will have to do with a promise I made to one of my characters. Maybe I can get rid of my fictional stalker too.
