Exceptional

This is an outstanding very short story, which brought a smile to my old face. Thank you for that. I didn't count the words, because they didn't run far from the bottom of the beautiful picture. I'm a very early morning walker and ran across a hedgehog or two on my strolls. Well done.

I like hedgehogs, but as I child I was warned to stay away from them because of fleas (theirs, not mine LOL) I used a word counter to get the 100 word target. Thanks so much for your great review.

You are welcome. The first hedgehog I encountered was in Germany. It was full of ticks, probably no room or enough blood for fleas.

What a wonderful read, no matter what the intruder turned out to be it would cause unrest until it/they were found, love the photo as I see they have restrained said intruder, very well done****kahpot

This certainly convinced me that I had read a true story, although I now think I probably hadn't. We don't have any hedgehogs in our neighborhood, but I'll grant you that one was mistaken for a prowler, and possibly, but not likely, by Jenny, if there is such a Jenny.

You're very welcome, Trisha. It seems like quite a while since I came across Bucketlist. I hope it's not due to any misfortune.

I had a friend lost to cancer, and my poetry motivation left for a while. Bucket list is still hanging around. Thanks for your concern. Hugs

Yes, I do it when I think of it, Trisha.
Don't thank me for caring, I didn't do it intentionally.

Thanks for your unintentional caring. Next time, Don?t let the male guard down and I won?t be grateful or mention it
