I hope you know I would award this chapter a six star rating if I had one. You are a superlative writer. This chapter deserves a six for all the research that went into your details. Although I enjoy the Cotswalls more, this place seems so exotic. The scenery itself is exciting. I am still dizzy from all the hairpin turns and hungry knowing that they are going to be without food for awhile.

It's getting rather exciting Tony. The name of the boat by which we sailed from Tilbury docks in England, migrating from the UK to Australia in 1951, was called the "Chitral" an old troop ship. It's a relief they are on their way through the tunnel before the brunt of the storm hits. I loved the interlude of them playing in the rain and snow puddles as it provided a great break from the heightened tension of the journey to that point. Well done and thank you very much for sharing it.

I enjoyed reading this chapter in your book about the ongoing adventure into a very dangerous part of the world that appears to be very isolated then probably under the control of a terrorist. I like how you describe the scenery and travel with very descriptive words. It will be interesting to see if they get out of this alive.

Well done - this reads very smoothly - I can see those hairpin turns and feel the fear as the rear wheels slide toward the edge - I'd be like Helen with my head buried. Quite entertaining and moves the story along splendidly.
