This is lovely, except for the snow! I love anything pumokin, so I'm down for that. Snow however is a different story. We just got our first dusting of snow today here in minnesota.:( Thank you for sharing.

Oh way to early for this southerner. We might get a dusting in January that?s enough.

I loved how you dedicated a stanza to each meal and beverage, very neatly done. A real sense of autumn joy from your poem! Really enjoyed it, well done,

A well written, descriptive seasonal poem. Strong rhymes including "'round/bound" and "through/brew". Conveys several Autumn related scenes. Enjoyable poem.

I love what you have done with this prompt. It brings to mind such a cozy and inviting atmosphere. The transition between fall and winter - with falls treats keeping you warm against the impending cold.

A truly excellent poem. I could feel the chill of autumn and taste the snow fall. You brought me into your poem, which is a mark of greatness. The picture united everything together, which complimented your work.

A very well-written Florette, your presentation is great. You bring the chosen topic to life. I picked up on a few requirements of the Florette that were not met.
1. It should be written in Iambic meter
2. The fourth line of each stanza should have the 'b' rhyme on the eightth syllable of the twelve

Sounds like a time well spent with friends and your favorite latte. I just hope you don't burn yourself carrying your mug on a walk. 8-)
This meets the challenge very well with good meter and rhyme.

Well done for this contest. And pumpkin cake sounds good. Last evening I experimented with an apple cake, added some to the cake mix, plus spices, etc. Well, my poor cake - too much moisture - so now it may become an English Trifle.
