This is a very satisfying nonet poem. It is extremely clever to put the strongest physical structures that could serve as barriers against a storm before the haven offered by religion. This makes both this shelter, and the end of the poem, extremely strong, so the crescendo is a resounding one.

And we are hidden under his wings - there we'd like to abide. A good poem to show how much we depend on the shelter of his wings. And I'm thankful he's much higher, wiser - we can pray for our government with that in mind I think, and pray for others in the same way.
