Your tanka is well-written, lovely, whimsical, and entertaining. It is an excellent response to the artwork and a pleasing mix of figurative and
literal language.

A strong, happy summer vibe was one that I got from your poem. You have described the daffodils wonderfully. The photo compliments the poem too! Great job.

This is another fine work of art from your fertile imagination, Pam. I enjoy the ballet daffodils and who would've thought them the stems tossing beautiful trumpets into the air that truly could transform into many blossoms.
Wishing you much luck with the Contest Committee. :)

Love your imagination, Pamela! I am glad that you can see those fairy ballerinas in the flowers. Flowers are so graceful as are those dancers so both make a perfect combination. I like the forest that is comprised of those long, slender daffodil leaves!

Very bright and cheerful presentation. The daffodils are long gone here in Massachusetts. The colors we see are autumn oranges and yellows. But, we have somethng to look forward to in the spring: daffodil ballets!

Hi Pam. Charming painting and poem as always. Nicely described. Painting is joyful and exuberant. It's always fun to see what you create. Thanks for sharing. Marilyn
