I ran this through three separate word counts and counted manually and am getting 52 words putting you two words over the required limit. The content is engaging and adorable as I think many kids would love to write an ad to find a companion for their Mom or Dad (Sleepless in Seattle prime example). Good luck in the judging and thank you very much for sharing it.

It?s 48-52 on this Dribble Flash Fiction, the submitted work is between 48-52 words. I will fan mail Tom to make sure. That my understanding if you read further down on the content. Thanks for the excellent review and heads up. I?ll let you know what I find out.

Loved this heaps. Beautiful picture who is she? Ok I saw the link. I never knew I had red in my hair until one time (back when I still had hair) I washed it in Egg Cream Shampoo and WOW! The RED! Must be the Irish connection?

This is delightfully different from the usual short fiction. Sadly, the circumstances are plausible, though mitigated because such an ad by a brave little girl smart enough to place it certainly would gather favorable attention and lots of replies. Superb, and beautifully illustrated.
