We are here today. Tomorrow may not come, but if we enjoy life it does not matter about tomorrow. We live, we love, we play, enjoy it every day. :) I like your Naani poem it took me in a walk in life. This is a good entry for the Naani Poem contest.

I am appreciative of your review and comments.

Your well-written naani is moving and thoughtful--conveying wisdom for those who are just TOO busy to realize how precious every minute of life is. We are not promised tomorrow.

This meets the contest requirements nicely as you deliver a well penned Naani with four lines within the total syllable count limitation. The content offers a bit of sound wisdom for the readers to ponder. Good luck in the voting and thank you very much for sharing it.

Hi my friend, Love the task of new styles, it stretches me.
Comment from Sandra du Plessis
A very well-written Naani, explaining my motto in life exactly. Take every day a celebration, because we don't know if we are still going to be here tomorrow, but also remember to celebrate in a good way.

Dear Mystery Poet,
This is a special, smart post. If only we could all be fully aware of every moment and at all times. But we get so caught up in the mad rush of life - it's insanity. We lose perspective. So sad.
Thanks and good luck!

Robyn, you are so correct that we just often times seem to be on a busy human moving walkway with a device buried in our faces...so sad...

Amen to that - and when I think of those who decide to "end it all" - then what - I believe there is an after life - for a Christian person who has asked Jesus to forgive their sins, there is heaven. And surely God still has plans for us all.
Good poem to make us think.
