Thanx, Lady Sal, so glad you don't mind a little crazy and 'colorful' every now and then -- and this was just a quick 'crazy' write after arriving home yesterday evening! ;) :) I had originally wanted to do a leopard and a lion with Zee and Raffe but 80 words would not allow...LOL! :) Take care over there in the Sunshine State (it is still called that, right? lol!) and have a great week! ;) :)

Glad also no stripped tigers or brown lions were there to meat their fans. :) This is a good entry for the 80 Word Flash Fiction contest. Thank you for the zoo. I was actually thinking that these were animals but I was also thinking, "Who would put suits on animals?" Well, I guess from your story, God. Cute dialogue and yes, those are some of the zoo's favorites. I love it when the giraffe does a loop with his long neck to get at favorite leaves.

A very well-written eighty word flash fiction about making a fashion statement. Zebra and giraffe had the perfect outfits to draw the attention of the audience although they disrespect each other's outfits.

As I began reading, I thought to myself, "Where in the heck does she come up with those names?" :) Nice one...Humorous. Flows well. And there is not one morsel of Red Velvet brownies anywhere!

"Zee groomed on the fencing" could be smoothed out. it looks like a stage direction, like "shaking his head and saying..." if it was I think "grooming" would worked better? Hey it worked and it worked well great submission. good luck

Cute, This is a clear example that less is more. Without a lot of verbal brush strokes you have in less than a paragraph painted a picture as entertaining as a scene from a Disney channel movie.
