This little poem made me smile fit to split my face! Even though there were other fine entries, I think this one stood out from the others because it's so simple, the word choices are terrific and it had a really lovely light-hearted feel to it that's a bit lacking these days. Well said, and I hope you do well in the contest!

I liked this write, it happens to us all if we are to live a long time, we put up with the inconvenience. It is not necessary for a 5-7-5 to rhyme, but yours hits the spot, love Dolly x

I quite agree. I really see... It's difficult not to be depressed about aging. On the other hand, you manages to inject some humour into it! And... apart from that... all-okay.
