Your sense of humor has brightened my morning. A lot of silly women end up being anorexic because of these diets. Still, not to the point of being a skeleton! Look at some of the models on the catwalk, a breeze would bend them at the knees!

I truly like your dry humor and wit. Weight Watchers who take themselves seriously might be a bit offended, but some, like this fellow, go overboard. Nothing's funny about anorexia.

This is a most amusing one-liner. The cartoon exaggerates just a bit the weight watcher's diet regimen/result, but that is why your entry is so good.
IMHO ... consider deleting 'really' and capitalizing WW.
