Thank you, Iza (may I call you that?), for your kind review. I struggle with getting out of the Lord's way and getting with His program. I often hear him whispering insistently in my ear, "SLOW DOWN, Relda!" as I rush into my day. The only way I can settle down is take five and visit my devotions. Truly, if I begin my day with those devotions and end my day with prayer I am more able to understand and follow his instructions! Thank you again, Relda

I thoroughly enjoyed this diversion into pop music, French songs, gardens, and Christianity. I'm not a fan of the song either... but that may be because I heard too much of it back in the day when it was a competition staple. I much prefer your take on it.

So good to reconnect, Roy, and thanks for the review. I've been working on my personal ministry, ComeAway. (Hospitality - based on Matthew 11:28-30.) Setting up my home and property as a 'spiritual retreat' for church/community/family/friends to come together - for studies, prayer, meditation ? and recreation - ice-cream socials, pool parties, barbecues and the like.
