We could certainly do a better job caring for "All Creatures Great and Small."-- For that matter I think it'd make God smile if w made an effort to take care of one another with a purity of heart and a joyous intent. The image chose and the meter of your poem seem almost childlike--and since we are all God's children, perhaps that is where the genius lies in this message!--Karenina

Thank you so much. Knowing how God and Jesus feel about the children, your kind words mean all the more to me.

This awesome poem would be a great inclusion in a children's book of poems. I love the artwork you chose for its theme. I agree with your author notes that we could do a better job of caring for God's creatures.

A very nicely done rhyming poem that describes a feeling of contentedness in the wisdom and love of God Who chose humankind to be the caretaker of His great Creation. I agree that the Fall has made us poor caretakers of Creation.

What an inspirational poem. I love the image; sure is for children. And the lyrics of your poem shows to many why we are human. God created us as a human being; not an animal.

This is an excellent, heart warming, poem. It's easy to see how it has received the awards it has. The poem is rich with love for our Lord and
the blessings he has bestowed upon an unworthy species. I am out of six stars, unfortunately.

A simple little piece that is delightfully understated. To be placed above implies a certain responsibility for those below. I think that is the nub of this brief eight liner.

Hello Nomi,
You've written an excellent, refreshing rhymed poem;
a nice change of pace from some of the darker verse.
We were given to wonderful gift of a brain,
if only more people used it for the betterment of all.
Excellent choice of art work to match
Nicely done
Robert

I do not wish, but how I wish to be above them all:) You keep the secret of your wish well guarded not even the end can reveal it, but if you look closer you know who is the Boss in this hierarchy :"The God of love placed me above
Each and every one of them" Thank you for sharing
