A very aptly named chapter, for I was "Spellbound" from its start and it truly did not disappoint. Thank you for this wonderful chapter, which of course, has only left me lusting for the next. It is wonderfully written and I like the artwork as well, as it seems to give hint to the chapter's contents.

Glad to hear you enjoyed the chapter and the romance. I always worry about that part of my book when I post here. Sometimes readers get offended, but my story evolves around their soulmates so I have to write romance between the characters. I try to keep it tasteful, giving the reader the emotions shared with each character.

I'm also happy to hear you liked the artwork. I have fun putting those together. Stay tuned my friend ... next post will be romantic too!

BTY, when I wrote sliver of the south, it means 'a little' or 'a touch.' I may need to change it so the reader knows exactly what I mean. Thanks for pointing it out. You're my biggest helper and supporter. I truly thank you for it.

Concept is clear, somewhat complex to remember and follow BREEDLINE fully, but this chapter, work in progress, I find the romantic scenes are realistic with phases of transformation, pressure, fear, scaring state all explored and expressed wider than a fantasy taletelling; well said, well done. I enjoyed the read.

I'm happy to hear you enjoyed the chapter! I sometimes worry over posting the romantic scenes here in FanStory. You never know if someone will be offended or not. But with my book, the characters have soulmates, so I have to have romance. I'm so glad you thought it was tastefully done. I don't want to come across as vulgar. I want the reader to see the love between the characters.
So yes, Jena has been tricked by the creature. But here's a little secret about me. I am a sucker for a fairy tale ending, so there's hope for our Jena yet.
