A lot has happened. About time they checked Megan's apartment. Did they just find more clues, or just more questions? It's something to work on, at least.

I'm glad to see them admit they're in a relationship. It seems oddly reluctant, though, which just makes it cute. :)

OOOOHHHH!!!! Maybe she was doing the bump-and-run with Lefty... and when she got knocked up she went to get a pregnancy test and Lefty's wife was there and saw her. ... Well, it's one thing that her husband's got some little tart somewhere... but he's not going to have a second family somewhere! That she won't have! Thus, Lefty's old lady bumps off Meghan, Lefty's mistress. LOL
Okay... that's enough of that... Six-year-olds!!!! Yeah!!!! Can I come??? Can I?? Huh? Can I? Huh? Huh? LOL Okay, everybody! Now, instead of Mommy and Daddy reading to you at bedtime every night, it's your turn to read to them! So pick out a book, and bring it home so you can read it to Mommy or Daddy before you go to bed. :) I remember those days... :) I was such a classroom mom! I loved reading time, I used to come in and help, sit with the kids and let them read to me, or come in for craft time (unless it was during a holiday... then I wasn't allowed!) lol

Unfortunately at my school, most of my parents can't read. Oh my!!! Thank you for stopping by. You're welcome anytime in my classroom.

A bit far away Barbara... Rhode Island... Though if you're in Arlington, I've got a great friend there who I bet would be there in a split second with reinforcements!

Another excellent chapter once more. Just sorry I don't have any more SIXES for ya. Just know it was intended. You never disappoint in your writing. Keep it coming.

As Mac and Logan search Megan's apartment and still have questions. No sign of her phone or a handbag. Then there's a meeting with Sidney, whoever he or she may be. Mac's also puzzled about no autopsy report. The home pregnancy test adds another dimension. If she was pregnant, could that have been a motive for murder? This is really great. Mac is trying to work with what facts she has. Logan apparently that his little sister was no innocent little girl. Good luck with back to school! judi

Hi Barbara. I love the story and I'm enjoying reading along. Romance is definitely brewing. It's a great story. The pregnancy could be significant.
After she sighed, she said,= I think this sounds a bit contrite. What about:
'She sighed', and then continue with the dialogue. Just a suggestion.
All best. Ulla:)))

The conversations and innuendo about each other are becoming quite personal for two people who are only having a "casual" relationship, closer and closer to home, heh heh. Poor Logan I know how it would feel having one slightly seedy life paraded in front of his perception of her. An excellent episode, well done Barbara, blessings Roy

The story is shaping up and leading to an area I think can be a good help. Look for the father and you have purpose. This couple should do well in days to come. Good one Barb. See spot run. Run, run, run. Have a good teaching year.

Plot progression is verily organized, structured and expressively worded, I enjoyed small but realistic, relevant and contributory dialogues all the way; characters continue drawn from reality; well said, well done.
