An autobiographical poem, that's pretty clever and creative. I love the photo it's perfect. The mermen..ooh line made me laugh, smiling now just writing about it. welcome back I just came back this past week after 3 years away. Have a wonderful day.

Coming back after some time I can fully understand. I am a member since January this year, and I feel so much at home here! I made many poet friends, got wonderful reviews on my posted poems, and do not go away for a while I think.

What a wonderful piece! It has such a fun feel to it and the metaphor of a poet or writer as a mermaid back in the water is fantastic. I am currently without a computer as well and have been using my phone. No easy task. Welcome back!

Mermaids ae definitely back. About a year or two ago I purchased a large plastic containers of mermaid toys. I love them. They sparkle and glitter as they were kept in excellent condition.
