This is a study of personal experiences and thoughts...some of them life-affecting, such as dehydration.
Overall, the posting would be betterby deleting some of the question marks, It is difficult to comprehend why many of them are being used.
Just a couple of things, easily corrected:
Wish I had a hillion cans of cold beer! (do you mean billion?)
Ye,s because now it's nothing but... (Yes,)

This seems like a love story. You must have the most amazing life and lots of it seems to be filled with regret and memories of those you have lost. This is a little different. Bravo.
