Another great chapter and I like the way you switch the names around now, " Milliliter Conner" I was confused earlier but now I have caught up I understand and appreciate the change up, makes for a bit of humor while reading, it's interesting now to find out how and why the twins have gone separate ways, very well done****kahpot

I didn't realize Connor was a traItor or a twin. Were there fragging deaths at Firebase Jay, or is that piece of it fiction? Good installment ,caant wait to read the next chapter.

Deaths were factually caused by rocket and mortar fire.

The story progresses well and is easy to follow. The dialog is authentic and flows naturally adding to the authenticity of the storyline. Well done and thank you very much for sharing it.

Thanks, MA, for giving this flash back a look. One more, I think, and then back to the current storyline.

Danger Will Robinson! Danger! there at least two foxes in the hen house and the biggest danger is they both look like chickens. They are definitely not chickens in any way shape, form or fashion. I repeat, danger Will Robinson!

Very clever my friend. You just might have a dangerous mindset. I think maybe the Govt. might need to put you on a watch list. LOL.

The suspense jumps up a notch with the mention of " friendly fire casualties". I could hear a cautionary tale minor chord sounded. What terrible actions they had to take. One of my classmates died there, just out of high school. He wrote a letter to our hometown Priest who read it from the pulpit. It certainly seemed that he knew he wasn't coming home. He was killed about a week after the letter was dated. You will draw the history buffs in and those who lived through it and we who wrote letters to them. I'm glad I wrote once to Jody. May he and all of them rest in peace. I hope they are on a fresh new adventure. Thank you.

I know we lost a big piece of that generation of men and women. Dark time for everyone. It?s good you wrote to Jody.

Intriguing story. Lots of shooting and killings. A little bit of a Rambo style, but the chapter maintains the cursive of action. Good luck with your writing, and thanks for sharing.

Connor is a sociopath trained from birth as an assassin. His life is an attempt to eventually rule the world overnight.

Scary how these genetically modified twins have such a big influence on the government. I like how you weave in real information with your fiction, like Firebase Jay and Nixon's talks with China.

Although this is fiction, the implanting of long-range sleepers and micro manipulators is an accepted methodology for changing a nations sense of self to match someone else?s.

I have read and written many Vietnam horror stories but nothing comes close to the realities of war and actual combat. Yours did connect with me. Very well written.
