Thanks! Always great to hear from you. I sure didn't win, but I had a good time and isn't that the whole point? I figured my Michelle dig would cost me, but the devil made me do it!

Cute commentary on schools in three distinct verses.

In a couple places I think your "b" lines may be a little too long. Consider using "A trophy for all/No more brutal dodgeball" or something similar.

I like the part about the new food!

Thanks. I fixed it! Glad you like the part about Michell's Mistake. I know I won't win just because NOBODY can criticize Michelle, but I write to laugh not to win pennies. If I made you laugh, too, that's a double win.

This was a fun read but I must admit, my HS years (at least the last two) weren't any fun at all and my yearbook says it all. The school years I remember as being fun was Jr. High. Life was so much more fun for me.

I'm with you. School was never fun for me. Between homework, and dating, part-time jobs - what a hassle! Real life, even with the pressures of earning a living, raising daughters etc, has been a blast! Now, at 71, life is really fun - except for the list my wife gives me... daily!
